It started inside a grooming salon
We began by auditing a grooming salon's business. Then we spent time inside salons, following the full customer journey: booking, drop-off, the groom, pickup, and whether the client came back.
We saw the same problems everywhere. Quotes that didn't match the work. Owners who couldn't get a straight answer. Nothing remembered about the pet from one visit to the next.
Pet brands had the same problem online. Shoppers couldn't decide, so they left, often to a marketplace that remembered them. So we built the fix: an expert that answers for each pet, and a system that remembers them.
